Quitters need help with their quit beyond just a smoking-cessation aid. Enter GSK’s multi-channel CRM program: MyQuit.

I co-lead Art Direction for two product websites in support of this comprehensive, award-winning eCRM program which earned an Effie and a Smarties Award.

Functioning as an e-commerce and promotional space for all MyQuit physical & digital touch points, this website overhaul was an exercise in photography selection, iconography, and content hierarchy.

We tapped into the emotional, lifestyle, and psychological factors that impact the success of smokers’ cessation efforts.
